The Willowlee Sod Farm TWCA Parkland Seed blend is our unique mixture of six different seed types that blend to make a PREMIUM lawn seed.  This grass seed is part of the TWCA (Turfgrass Water Conservation Alliance). Our TWCA Parkland Seed blend is drought-resistant and requires less water.

Our seed blend contains the following grass seed types:

15% Creeping Red Fescue
15% Miser Creeping Red – TWCA
10% Kentucky Bluegrass
15% Diva Kentucky Bluegrass – TWCA
15% Tall Fescue
30% Double Time Perennial Ryegrass – TWCA
